Public business listings
We combine saved Citywebshops and Overnightstay profiles with public business websites, public registers and local guides. A profile may include a business name, address, business contact details, website, social links, categories, sources and images. We aim to help people discover local businesses and places worth visiting. A listing does not imply a partnership or membership.
For personal data in business listings, we rely on the legitimate interest of providing a useful local guide. We assess relevance, accuracy and the interests of the people concerned. We do not publish private contact details that are not intended for public business use. Request a correction or removal, or object, at [email protected]; include the profile URL and identify the information concerned.
NUMA: chat & voice
NUMA is an AI concierge. ElevenLabs is contacted only when you send a message or start a voice conversation. Your messages and selected city may then be processed to answer your question. For voice, your browser first asks for microphone permission. You can mute the microphone, end the conversation or close the window.
The Citywebshops agent is configured without saved audio recordings or personal user memory. Conversation transcripts are configured for retention of up to seven days. Providers' technical security data may have a different retention period. Do not share sensitive or confidential information with NUMA. Answers may be incorrect; check important details with the business itself.
The requested concierge feature processes your question to provide the service you choose. It creates no participant accounts and NUMA does not place orders or make reservations.
Cookies, storage & statistics
The essential cws_preferences cookie stores only your statistics choice, its version and its timestamp, for up to six months. Your language choice is in the URL. Website administration login may also use essential WordPress cookies. Cloudflare security may set necessary technical cookies.
Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only when you choose Allow statistics. We use it to measure website usage and performance. We currently place no marketing or advertising trackers. You can change your choice anytime. Withdrawing statistics consent reloads the page so the measurement code stops.
Maps, external links & sharing
Map tiles load only when you open the map. The map provider receives technical connection details, such as your IP address. Links to websites, social media, Google Maps and Street View open external services with their own privacy policies. Sharing uses your device's share menu or copies the link; no social plug-ins load. A sharing platform may fetch the public profile and sharing image and temporarily cache them.
Security, recipients & retention
We use A51 hosting and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. ElevenLabs processes only the chat and voice feature you start yourself. Providers may process data outside the EEA; appropriate transfer safeguards apply where required. We use security measures and limit administration rights. We retain business information while it remains relevant to the guide, updating or removing it when necessary. Correction requests and correspondence are retained as needed to handle them and meet any legal obligation.
Your rights & contact
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you may request restriction or portability. You may withdraw statistics consent anytime. Email [email protected]; we may ask for specific information to check your identity and normally handle requests within one month. You may also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your competent data protection authority, such as the Belgian Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.
